Rosemary Needles, Whole

Made from the dried leaves of an evergreen shrub of the mint family. Rosemary needles resembles a curved pine needle in shape. Rosemary has a distinctively fresh, sweet flavor. It is available both whole and ground. It is excellent in lamb dishes, soups, stews, turnips and cauliflower. Add a pinch of Rosemary to boiled potatoes in the early stages of cooking.
